Carolyn & Brian Engagement Session

Here are some of our favorites from Carolyn and Brian's engagement session.

They brought their puppie, Noriko along for some fun pics!

This picture reminds me of a still from a romantic movie. This street happened to be a street where they both used to live before they knew each other.

Noriko looking at her parents...perhaps thinking, what's with the camera - can we go for a regular walk already?

We ventured to Oz Park, one of their favorite parks in the area. They really are kids at heart. They had so much fun playing on this thing.

As a kid, Carolyn liked to swing so high that she could feel the swing bump..

Brian had to slide down to get this picture.

It started to rain so we sought refuge at Old Town Social Club, where Brian proposed.

We had a blast working with Carolyn and Brian and look forward to photographing their big day next September!

Cheers!

Alison and Matt's- Gibson Steakhouse Wedding

Alison and Matt's wedding couldn't have possibly been more perfect!

Starting out at the Elysian Hotel.

Beautiful bride!

"Let's do something crazy...like pushing our flower's together." Some of our favorite pictures are the moments after the big group.

Matt's brother/best man, Marcus helping with his bow tie.

I believe this formation was named the "Walking Senneca".  They guys named all the arrangements and this one was named after the hotel the guys got ready at!

Alison being serenaded by the saxophone player! He started playing "Going to the Chapel"!

Matt and his Dad, PJ.  The girls took picture's here too and we didn't even mean for
this to happen. It's amazing we never ran into each other!

Alison showing off the pockets of her dress near the Chicago Board of Trade. Yes her dress had pockets!

The girls in the financial district.

One of my favorite parts of spending time with the groomsmen is watching them figure out how to put on the boutineers.  This may have been the best one yet!

Alison walking down the aisle with her mom, Lynne :)

The bridal party with the Chicago skyline!

Matt loves Chicago and wanted to get some classic Chicago locations like Buckingham Fountain - which looks so beautiful lit up!

The reception took place at Gibson's in River North.

YUM!

Jennifer (Alison's sister/matron of honor) giving a speech and telling a funny story about how her son once asked his aunt Ally if she were a grown up or a kid. She said "a little bit of both" and he asked "then why are you allowed to drive a car?"  The speeches were great!

"Konostashstash!"

Best cake picture yet!

Father of the groom!

All in all it was a beautiful and fun Chicago wedding! Alison & Matt ventured to Greece for their honeymoon - Congratulations!

Cheers!

Jaime and Sean- North Ave Beach Chicago Engagement

Its so nice to work with a couple that has so much fun together!  Jaime and Sean,
we can't wait for the wedding in June.  Its going to be a lot of fun!

Those huge waves in the background got us all wet later, but after viewing the
photos it was all worth it :)

Sean did the ring all on his own!  He did a good job, so pretty!

This is when Sean decided that engagement photos were pretty cool.  Especially
since we weren't laying in the grass!  haha!

I think the red nails is what made this photo!
