Stephanie & Brad's- Fulton's on the River Wedding Chicago

Capturing Stephanie & Brad's day was so much fun! They wed at the Madonna dell Strada Chapel at Loyola, which only recently began hosting weddings for alumni. Their reception was at Fulton's on the River. Here are some of my favorite photos of the day!

I absolutely loved the bright oranges and purples of Stephanie's bouquet by Flora!

Brad's is a Hawkeye fan through and through, but his groomsmen traveled from all over. He decided to have each groomsmen's cufflinks be of their favorite sports team. I thought it was a great way to personalize the guys' style and favorite teams (of course).

It had started to sprinkle ever so slightly, but Steph was able to stay dry!

The beautiful Madonna della Strada Chapel at Loyola.

I had to add this in here. When Stephanie left the church, her veil was blown by the wind and danced it's way into a nearby tree. Her cousin's son, Alex saved the day by climbing the tree and rescuing the runaway veil.

Stephanie & Joleen met at Loyola when they were both RA's at Lakefront. I loved this photo of them racing to their former stomping ground.

Stephanie is such a Cub's fan that her something blue was a little Cub's pin. It was only fitting that we went to Wrigley to get this shot!

Next, the bridal party headed to the place where it all started - Merkle's, the Iowa bar in Wrigleyville. This is where Brad & Stephanie met thanks to her bridesmaid, Kristine. They had a champagne toast awaiting them along with a bar full of Hawkeye fans!

Bridesmaids drinking out of the same fishbowl!

After having some fun at Merkle's, we headed down to get some city shots.

The reception was held at Fulton's on the River with Carrie Ann from Toast & Jam as the DJ.

The speeches had Brad & Stephanie cracking up laughing.

A great end to a wonderful day!

Congratulations, Stephanie & Brad!

Cheers!

Sarah
